Sculpture, drawing workshop, ephemeral art workshop, live music, food, wine and a showcase of local art will provide a fitting end to the 2011 Crush Festival at Vintner's Secret Vineyard.
The weekend will kick off on Saturday 29th October with Adriaan Vanderlugt running a "Drawing Around Corners" workshop from 9-4pm at the winery at a cost of $45.
On Sunday 30th October, the finale of the Crush Festival at the vineyard will transform it into an arts and cultural spectacular with 12 welded sculptures dotted throughout the grounds, Childers Firehouse Potters, Joe Stanton and the Childers Art Group all exhibiting.

Treble will also entertain crowds from 2:30-5pm, playing a variety of pieces, including some from the recent hit-play Red Soil, White Sugar.
A Nudibranch sculpture by Whitsundays-based artist Adriaan Vanderlugt was the catalyst, spawning a weekend of drawing, sculpting and creating.
And just what is a Nudibranch? It does come from the Latin word 'nudus' meaning naked and Greek 'brankhia' meaning gills. It is a soft bodied mollusk.
Thanks to Childers Arts Space (Charts) - Sue Berry, a Urangan based artist, will also run a free ephemeral art workshop centralised around the Nudibranch, inviting the community to leave their mark using found objects sources from the immediate and local environment including flowers, leaves, shells, coral, driftwood and more.
Marianne Lethbridge from Vintner's Secret Vineyard, said they were really excited to have Adriaan Vanderlugt and Sue Berry on board as visiting artists to Childers and to close out the Crush Festival event.
"Adriaan has recently returned from exhibiting at the hugely successful Swell Sculpture Festival at the Gold Coast and Sue has just returned from Strand Ephemera in Townsville, we are really honored to have them run workshops here as part of the Crush Festival," Ms Lethbridge said.
"Combining their expertise, the community and also our local arts workers and creatives will make for a wonderful finale to the hugely successful 2011 Crush Festival.
'Our passion is to be committed to the arts and creating a vibrant arts hub in conjunction with our winery," she said.
The Crush Finale will be held at Vintner's Secret Vineyard on Sunday 30th October from 2-5pm and entry is free. There will be wine, a BBQ, salad bar and "crush your own ice-cream" available for purchase on the day.
